While making the yogurt parfait I will layer in granola, fresh strawberries, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of flaxseed. As I assemble each layer I will talk about what I am thankful for this holiday season, reflecting on the past year when my life felt uncertain after pregnancy losses and now feeling so grateful for my almost three month old baby and my toddler. The video will be warm, heartfelt and relatable, combining a simple recipe with a personal story of gratitude
