How do you approach reporting issues you find during testing?
I approach reporting issues in a clear and organized way so they’re easy to understand and fix. First, I make sure I fully understand the issue and can consistently reproduce it. Then I document exactly what happened, including the steps taken, what I expected to happen, and what actually occurred. I also include any helpful details like screenshots or context to make it easier for the team to identify the problem. Finally, I communicate it in a constructive way, focusing on solving the issue rather than just pointing it out.

WHat qualities make a product review trustworthy?
A trustworthy product review is honest, specific, and relatable. It should include real experiences—both positives and any downsides—so it doesn’t feel overly promotional. I think it’s also important that the reviewer clearly shows how they used the product and the results they experienced, because that helps the audience see if it would work for them. Lastly, authenticity is key—when a review feels genuine and aligns with the person’s lifestyle, people are much more likely to trust it.
