Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
During the holiday season, I don’t partake in most “seasonal” beverages. In the colder months I enjoy hot chocolate and coffee with almond milk or oat milk. As for food choices, I opt for any meat-free meal such as eggplant parmesan or “chik” Parmesan. I also enjoy grilled veggies and black bean burgers and plant-based veggie burgers when they are available.
