Which brand's content is hitting the most to you right now, and why?

Right now, I’m really impressed with Patagonia’s content. Their messaging feels incredibly authentic and aligned with their values. They don’t just promote their products; they tell stories that focus on environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Whether it's through powerful documentaries or visually stunning social media posts showcasing their efforts to combat climate change, they make their audience feel like they’re part of something bigger. What really hits home is how they use their platform to raise awareness on important issues without feeling preachy. The balance between brand promotion and purpose-driven content feels genuine, and that’s what draws me in. They’ve built a loyal community around shared values, which makes their content feel even more impactful. It’s not just about selling products; it’s about making a difference, and that’s why it resonates so much with me right now.

What's a piece of content you've made that performed well, and why do you think it worked?

A "Get Ready With Me" video I created performed really well. In it, I showed the behind-the-scenes process of prepping for a big product launch. It was a casual, authentic look at what goes into getting ready for an event, from choosing outfits to setting up the space.I think it worked because it felt super relatable and personal. Instead of just focusing on the product, I gave followers a peek into the effort and creativity that goes into making everything come together. It helped them feel connected to the brand and like they were part of the process. Plus, I made sure to incorporate JOVA's products naturally throughout the video, showing how they fit into the daily routine and the vibe of what we were preparing for.The mix of behind-the-scenes action with the real, unpolished moments resonated with our audience, and I think that's what made it so successful.

What's a recent social media trend you've noticed, and how would you apply it to JOVA in a way that feels on-brand?

A recent social media trend I've noticed is the rise of short-form video content. Platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts continue to dominate, with users engaging more than ever with quick, punchy videos. To apply this trend to JOVA in a way that feels on-brand, I’d focus on creating visually engaging, concise videos that highlight the unique features of our products. I’d also consider showcasing behind-the-scenes moments, offering a glimpse into the creative process or the people behind the brand, helping to build a stronger connection with our audience.Collaborating with influencers who align with JOVA's values could be another great way to expand our reach, with authentic, fun content that resonates with their followers. Lastly, jumping on trending challenges or sound bites that fit JOVA’s personality could help us stay relevant and drive more engagement.By embracing short-form video, we can keep our content fresh, relatable, and shareable while staying true to JOVA’s brand identity.
