Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.

An experience that highlights my really to build strong relationships is during my personal banking associate rule at TD. On day-to-day basis, I mean quite a few people and some don’t know too much about financial literacy and it is with individuals such as students or even new graduates that I connect with the most. I’m able to build that trust with them just because I was in their shoes once as well and not everyone tells you how to save for your own personal goals or even how to go about your own finances. I believe it is important to be able to provide that financial literacy and give guidance to those who are curious. and being able to build that trust helps sustain strong relationships since time and time again even in the future, you’ll be able to help them.
