Can you describe a time you used data to improve your social content performance?
In one of my recent content experiments, I noticed that videos with strong hooks in the first 2 seconds were getting significantly higher retention compared to slower intros.I used platform insights to compare watch time, drop-off points, and engagement rates across different posts. Based on that data, I shifted my approach—starting videos with a direct problem or bold statement instead of context-setting.After making that change, I saw an improvement in average watch time and higher engagement, especially in likes and shares. This experience taught me that small changes in structure, especially the opening seconds, can have a major impact on performance.

How do you approach creating content that quickly connects with viewers?
I focus on grabbing attention in the first 2–3 seconds with a strong hook—either a relatable pain point, a bold statement, or a curiosity gap. Then I keep the content tight and engaging by delivering value quickly, using clear visuals and natural storytelling. I also structure content to feel authentic rather than scripted, because viewers connect more with real experiences than polished ads. Finally, I always end with a subtle call-to-action that feels organic, not forced. Before posting, I think from the viewer’s perspective: “Would I stop scrolling for this?” If not, I rework the hook.
