Can you share a time when you tested or gave feedback on a product, app, or feature? What did you enjoy or find challenging about that experience?
Yes, I’ve tested a study app during my college exams. I mainly used it to revise and organize my notes. What worked well was how quickly it helped me understand key points and save time when I was short on time. What didn’t work was that some features felt confusing at first, and a few explanations didn’t fully match what was being taught in class. Giving feedback made me realize how important it is for tools to feel simple and reliable when students are already stressed.

What motivates you to contribute feedback and improve apps?
I’m motivated to give feedback because I like seeing apps actually improve based on real user experience. When something works well, I enjoy pointing it out, and when something feels confusing or frustrating, I want to help fix it so others don’t face the same issue. Knowing that my input can make an app more useful and user-friendly is what really motivates me.
