To create content that resonates with both students and developers, I focus first on understanding each audience’s goals and needs. For students, I make content engaging, interactive, and easy to follow—using real-world examples, visuals, or activities to help them grasp concepts. For developers, I emphasize practical, technical, and problem-solving content, like tutorials, clear step-by-step instructions, and examples they can directly apply.

What strategies do you use to boost content engagement?

I boost engagement by first understanding who the audience is and what they care about. For example, when I taught in Spain, I kept 900 students engaged by tailoring lessons to their interests and adding interactive activities instead of just lecturing. The same principle applied when I organized events for 500+ members—I used surveys and direct feedback to see what people wanted, then built programming around those insights. I try and have a balance of listening, adapting, and creating interaction in order to keep people engaged across different settings
