How would you engage a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
First, I would connect with the customer by building rapport through asking open-ended questions to understand why they would be hesitant or their pain points. Then acknowledge and validate their concerns and connect the product to their needs. I would offer a product sampling and share my experience with using this product.
