What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I believe what most brands lack with their content strategy is audience/follower/customer interaction. It can be difficult for brands' content to stand out given how digital everything has become, but what can allow them to stand out is actually connecting with the people that they are trying to sell to/reach!
