Can you walk me through your process for creating engaging digital content?
I create wellness-focused content through my Instagram account, @all_things_health_hannah, where I share a mix of recipe tutorials (edited in CapCut), educational carousels, lifestyle photos, and product reviews—especially around non-toxic living and PCOS management. I post on my Stories daily to keep my audience connected in real time, and I aim to share at least two feed posts per week. While I’d love to post more frequently, I’m a big believer in quality over quantity. I want everything I pos to feel thoughtful, relevant, and genuinely helpful.
My process is rooted in storytelling. I start with a strong hook, deliver meaningful insight, and end with a clear takeaway or call to action. Whether it’s a video or a graphic, I always consider what my audience is going through and how I can meet them where they are.
This approach keeps my content grounded, and it's exactly what I’d bring to the Slayyy team, creating short-form videos like “3 ways I manage my PCOS symptoms on rough days” or “What I wish I knew starting my PCOS journey,” designed to stop the scroll and drive real app interest. Authentic, bite-sized, and built to connect.

How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and changes?
I stay updated on the latest social media trends by actively engaging with both creators and industry news. I regularly follow creators like @glowwithella, @feelwellbyanna, @branchbasics, @catherinelockhart, @therealalexclarke, and @erikahoang - women who are not only health - and wellness-focused but also understand how to make educational content feel approachable, authentic, and engaging. As someone managing PCOS myself, I resonate deeply with their storytelling and visual approach, which helps inform how I shape my own content.
Beyond creator spaces, I also read Marketing Brew daily to stay sharp on campaign strategies and industry shifts. A recent piece that stuck with me was about American Eagle’s campaign with Sydney Sweeney. It highlighted how even big-budget campaigns can miss the mark when they lean too heavily on traditional beauty tropes and fail to include diverse voices in decision-making. It was a good reminder that relatability, inclusivity, and tone are everything, especially in wellness and lifestyle spaces where trust is key.
