what student housing (on or off campus) would you deliver mailers to first, and why?

If I could deliver mailers to any three residence halls at Illinois State University, I would start with Watterson Towers, Hewett-Manchester, and Cardinal Court.

Watterson Towers would be my first stop since it’s one of the largest residence halls on campus and houses a mix of first-year and upperclassmen students. Its central location and high traffic make it the perfect spot for reaching a wide and diverse group of students early on.

Next, I’d choose Hewett-Manchester because it’s heavily populated with underclassmen who are still exploring campus life and tend to engage the most with new products, campus events, and student-friendly brands.

Lastly, Cardinal Court would be ideal for reaching upperclassmen and transfer students who live in apartment-style housing but still enjoy on-campus convenience. These students often value practical, aesthetic, and lifestyle-focused brands that support independent living, a great fit for products like MUJI’s.

How would you create content that reflects MUJI's brand style?

Since I junk journal and love crafting, I’d incorporate MUJI’s stationery and home goods into authentic, cozy content, like “journal with me” videos, aesthetic desk setups, or quiet-day vlogs featuring MUJI notebooks, pens, and storage pieces. I could also host craft nights or journaling sessions, creating community-centered experiences that reflect MUJI’s emphasis on simplicity and togetherness.

Since I’m involved in campus clubs, I could collaborate with them to host events or pop-ups where students explore creative journaling, organization, or mindful study spaces using MUJI products.

Through this mix of personal creativity and community connection, my content would showcase MUJI as more than a brand, as a lifestyle that inspires mindfulness, creativity, and intentional design.
