After starting this position, I would consider implementing an online space on the platform that allows women to post and connect with others in their area, perhaps in similar fields, in order to create more in-person business connections and friendships. It is so important and beneficial to have others close to you, for both business and personal reasons.

I have consistently used social media over the past several years to interact with primarily female and queer creators, across all interests. I also work with Her Campus at my university, with exclusively all female members interested in societal trends and forwarding ourselves in the world. Helping others, especially young women who are not always given the same equal opportunities as men, is something I am extremely passionate about.
