A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
When responding, the best approach begins with positivity and kindness. Express a sincere apology for their negative experience and try to offer a happy solution, wether it be a refund, a discount, a replacement, or something else. It's always best to try and show the customer that there is a human-element to a brand. Consumers can tell when they're recieving a careless copy-and-pasted message. It's good to have a basic template to follow, but replies should be a bit more personalized to make the customer feel like the company truly cares about them and their specific issue. Make them feel special and heard.
