You guys do have a lip quiz, but I have seen many companies(not many beauty) incorporate like a virtual world, almost where you can try on or see what a product would look like on you, or see what a product would look like, and since your brand's value and mission is to find lip products that not only work with skin tone and lip tone maybe incorporate this on Pound Cakes website. That way, a client is able to see if the lip product they are buying is PERFECT for them, before they even confirm the purchase!
