You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I would contact the company first since I am employed there and talk to someone about my experience with it. I would NOT go online and write a review because that would unncessarily scare away a big pool of customers for something that could just be a personal problem (ie. It reacts to other medicine I take or I am allergic against it). I would try to understand and work with the company of what went wrong and then accordingly, with write a review online about my experience :)

¿What is one important thing you look or search before buying a product?
I look at the reviews. I want to understand what people think of the product before I buy it. This way, I can form my own opinion before buying it.

¿Do you think reviews are a key factor before purchasing a product?
Yes! I always check reviews before I go anywhere, buy anything or do anything in general. Understand what the general public thinks of the things I purchase/do before doing so is crucial to help me to understand if I want the product. It can either sway me to buy or sway me to stay very far away from the product
