I think the most engaging hair transformation videos are the ones that show a real before and after because people love seeing a dramatic difference. I also like when creators include the whole process so it feels authentic and keeps you watching to see the final result. Good lighting, satisfying transitions, and genuine reactions always make the transformation even more fun to watch.

How do you incorporate wellness products into your daily routine?

I try to keep my wellness routine really realistic and consistent instead of overcomplicating it. I incorporate wellness products into little parts of my everyday life that make me feel my best physically and mentally. Mornings usually start with supplements, lots of water, and prioritizing protein because I notice the biggest difference in my energy when I’m fueling my body well. I also love having products that support my digestion, skin, and overall wellness, especially during busy seasons when life gets hectic.Movement is also a huge part of my routine whether that’s a workout class, walking, or just getting outside for fresh air. I’m big on balance, so wellness for me is about creating habits that are sustainable and make me feel good from the inside out, not being perfect all the time. I love products that easily fit into my routine and help me stay consistent without feeling like another chore on my to-do list.
