Can you describe a time when your feedback influenced a product or service?
At one of college jobs, we had an established inefficient process of manually reaching out to students for specific types of information. We would collect these bits of information via email and individually. Seeing and experiencing this slow process firsthand, I gave feedback to my manager of how the process could be improved along with my opinion on how it could be improved. With my feedback, my manager revamped our process, hence, driving greater efficiency and results.

What motivates you to participate in user interviews?
A part of my major, a huge part of our curriculum was product design and product management. From a a brand perspective, I understand the importance that user feedback plays on future iterations of products. On a consumer level, I like participating in user interviews to voice my opinion and experience.
