What role does journaling play in your life?
Ever since getting to London, I have started journaling. While it can be hard to find the motivation, I know my mental health is improving. I can reference the journal for highlights of my day, or for reflection when I want to remember how I handled a certain emotion or obstacle. I am looking to grow but I have set a good foundation for myself! I loved Margot’s journaling inspiration during quarantine as well.
