What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling plays the role of reflection and release in my life. I journal a few times a week to unpack stressful or challenging situations, express gratitude for experiences, or just to get rambly thoughts out of my head. I also use journaling for goal-setting and keeping track of my goals.

What do you think should change with the current state of social media?
I think social media ought to undergo a transformation highlighting authenticity. The norm for influencers should be highlighting both the highs and lows of their life, looks, and experiences. Even non-influencers should prioritize real content over filtered (literally and figuratively) content.

Where do you consume beauty content?
I mainly consume beauty content from TikTok and YouTube by through influencers and magazine brands. I also consume some beauty content via Instagram influencers, magazine websites, and TV shows like Euphoria.
