What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?

I believe in consistently interacting with the audience and utilizing influencers will increase engagement. I prefer to respond or like positive comments; sometimes commenting on other company's posts, sending influencers products to review, and offering some sort of discount for buyers that post a review of the product online. I prefer to use consistent hashtags as well.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?

I target different demographics through the social media platform and tone used in copy. For an older audience, I would strategically place content on platforms such as Facebook. For a younger audience, TikTok and Instagram are my preferred. To target international audiences, I use common hashtags in other languages. For example #Foryou and #Parati.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?

I typically create a shared spreadsheet, outlining the main themes/trends covered in that month. It's important to be cautious when planning content out longer than a month, due to the shortening length of the trend cycle. There are three posts per week, one highlighting an employee or satisfied customer, one highlighting a product (ex: Wellness Wednesdays), and one showing the products in their element/how they look in one's personal space.
