What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Currently, I enjoy watching Hulu since there are many relevant TV shows such as cooking, reality, survival, etc. I also enjoy how there are multiple subscription options to offer more affordable access in the return of more advertisements.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness varies from person to person, but if I had to describe it for myself it would be not perfection but management. Stress does not have to be at an all-time low, but managed. Money does not have to be perfectly saved, but managed thoughtfully. Personal health doesn't have to be perfect, but well-managed. Integrating wellness into my life has taken away a few stressors on its own, and has allowed me to give myself more grace in everyday occurrences.
