I struggle with anxiety and it can be really hard to for to wind down and fall asleep. I have recently found a nighttime routine that has helped me overcome my anxiety. I do my nightly skincare and wind down by using my meditation app for 15 minutes before bed. This has helped me tremendously and I am always looking for more tips and tricks for my health and wellness.
