What interests you about wellness and hormone health?
I have always been interested in wellness and hormone health ever since my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Especially knowing the correlation between hormone health and working out was interesting to learn about. In wellness is alot of terms that refers to holistic, organic, and treating your body well in your lifestyle than just simply working out, as most people may only see that.

How do you connect with new people in a retail setting?
I connect with new people in a retail setting by asking them questions about why they came up, what interested them, and just allowing myself to hear them out. I think that giving them a sales pitch on the spot is not beneficial as that does not build the rapport. I have experience as I have worked at a meal-prep place that allows me to connect with new people constantly.
