Besides the design of the resume, using different fonts, sizes, headers, colors, etc. to attract the market, I think that it is important to add skills or achievements that are unique yet something you are passionate about. By adding something thats different than another candidate, it allows your resume to be remembered and stand out.

Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
Over the last couple years, I have been learning more and more about health, fitness, and gaining a healthy experience within the gym. Once in a while, I lead a small class of typically my friends and family, in the gym to help them move and gain confidence while being in a gym environment.
