Half a year ago I started working as an Account Manager and was in charge of about 20 business accounts. During the onboarding process of one of these accounts, I had to travel and meet face-to-face with the HR Manager to teach her how to use certain complex functionalities of the platform. This detail I had in visiting their offices and always being in contact was vital to keep them happy.
