How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
I personally believe that the notion of working until you are 65 then retiring is becoming outdated. Through social media trends it is very clear that the idea of retiring at an earlier age is becoming more popular, meaning that people are ready to sacrifice more freedom and social activities at the earlier stages of life in order to gain "financial freedom" earlier. The trend towards remote working as well has become more popular because people do not want to travel to the office and spend their entire days their when the same work can be done at home.
