Firstly, I would ensure that my reviews will never be vague, such as just saying "it's good", etc. I would expand it by looking at many factors, and the main one is does the product really does what it says? I would look at what the company promotes and see in detail whether it is promising, e.g., if the product description says 'organic' and I look at the ingredients, and it is, then that would be a positive.

Despite not having a formal health and wellness product, I am personally interested in health and well-being. I often research products and mentally compare them to other products by looking at various things such as ingredients, price, reviews from others and their benefits (if I get any positive results).
