How does Uber Eats fit into this event?
Uber Eats would be central to the experience because it keeps the event easy, social, and seamless. Instead of traditional catering, we’d use Uber Eats to curate a rotating “game-night menu” throughout the evening — wings for tip-off, sliders at halftime, dessert for the late game — so food drops feel tied to the flow of the night. It also keeps things flexible with a big group and different preferences. To make it more interactive, we’d let guests vote on what to order between games and announce each delivery like a mini event. It reinforces the idea that great food shows up without anyone leaving the party. Overall, Uber Eats fits naturally by making the watch party smoother, more social, and way more fun than a standard setup.

What event would you host for March madness? When?
I’d host a March Madness watch party at UT Austin with my spirit group, the Texas Lassos, and co-host it as a mixer with a men’s spirit organization to make it feel bigger than a typical watch party. We’d center it around the Final Four on Saturday 4/4 and turn the rooftop lounge at my apartment into a full March Madness experience — decorated with team merch, oversized brackets, themed sections for each matchup, and multiple screens so no one misses a moment. We’d run a live 4-for-4 prediction game where guests pick both winners, the championship matchup, and the champion, with standings updated throughout the night on a large bracket board. We’d also add small competitive elements like halftime trivia, themed drinks tied to remaining teams, and a “best dressed fan” prize. The goal would be to make the event feel interactive, social, and high-energy — less like a typical watch party and more like a full March Madness rooftop event.
