I worked as a hostess at a winery close to my hometown and our team helped to effectively throw a 15-year anniversary party with over 500 people in attendance. I was in charge of keeping track of the amount of people who attended, handling customer concerns and questions, and making sure attendees acquired wristbands and a free glass of champagne.

Personally, I believe Pacsun does an incredible job in engaging their audience through automated text messages and their social media. I am constantly receiving texts and emails about BOGO sales and holiday discounts which always influences me to purchase from their website. I believe they have crafted their brand very effectively through their Instagram and digital advertisements.
