Can you describe a time when you effectively represented a brand at an event?

I represented Goodwill at a local community event through PRLab, where I helped create engaging content for their social media platforms. I made sure to highlight their mission and the impact they have in the community while interacting with attendees to spread the word about their work. It was all about showing up with a positive attitude, sharing the brand’s story, and making sure people felt connected to the cause. The feedback we got afterward was really positive, and it felt great to help build a stronger connection between the brand and the community.

How would you engage with event attendees to create a positive brand experience?

To create a positive brand experience I’d focus on being friendly and approachable with event attendees. I’d make sure they feel welcome, whether it’s by chatting with them or giving them all the info they need about the event. I would keep things fun and interactive, encouraging people to share their experience on social media or get involved in any activities. I’d make sure they felt connected to the brand and part of something memorable.

Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.

One experience that stands out is my time working with the PRLab team on social media strategies for Goodwill. I built strong relationships with my team and with the client by staying proactive and communicative. I made sure to regularly check in with the client to understand their needs and goals, while also collaborating with my teammates to come up with ideas that aligned with the client’s vision. This open communication and teamwork helped us deliver a successful campaign that the client was really happy with.
