What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform is Netflix. Netflix offers an endless variety of movies and shows to watch ranging from comedy to horror. On top of that Netflix produces its own shows and movies which are often good. Unlike other streaming platforms, Netflix has relevant movies and shows, compared to other streaming platforms where only lesser-known entertainment is present. For myself I like to watch stuff that is relevant to today and what's trending, therefore Netflix is my go-to steaming platform.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means feeling the best mentally, physically, and emotionally. For myself, I try to be healthier self by working out 3x a week, eating more whole foods, and paying attention to what I put in my body overall.
