What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness is synonymous with balance and contentedness. Each day is an opportunity is pursue wellness by taking holistic steps towards optimal wellbeing. I believe wellness is most effectively pursued through little habits that can be practiced everyday.
