I would describe a successful training process as one that is able to equip the intern with all sorts of basic and concrete information that they may need to know in order to carry out the tasks they will be assigned. However, I believe for the support and coaching given during training to be successful, it is important that the support and coaching is given and done in a calm and collective manner. Not to mention, it is important for the trainer to take into consideration the views of the trainee whilst guiding on whatever they may need assistance and correction on.
