First, I would clearly outline expectations at the start of each GIG, including deadlines, content requirements, brand guidelines, and submission formats. I believe most delays happen when instructions are ambiguous, so alignment upfront is critical. Second, I would break larger deliverables into smaller milestones with interim check-ins. Short progress reminders a few days before deadlines help prevent last-minute issues and allow time to correct misunderstandings. Third, I would use a centralized tracking system to monitor submission status in real time. This allows me to quickly identify who may need support and proactively follow up rather than waiting until the deadline passes. Finally, I would maintain open communication and create an environment where participants feel comfortable asking questions early. With my experience managing campaigns and scaling my own brands, I understand the importance of balancing structure with flexibility while still holding people accountable. Clear expectations, visible timelines, and proactive follow-ups are the foundation of on-time execution.
