What does self-care look like for you during this chapter of your life?
My self-care looks like taking the time to take care of those tedious tasks that get overlooked due to the lack implied importance. But if there’s anything I’ve learned over time it’s that the sooner you focus on those seemingly small tasks the better. I’ve learned to properly moisture my face as well as apply sunscreen everyday and the difference is immense. I love finding new ways to take care of myself
