What experience do you have managing business growth for creative projects?
As an Orientation Coordinator, I helped manage and coordinate the interview, hiring, and training process for over 200 Orientation Leader candidates. I also developed a multi-week training program to build student leadership and oversaw weekly registration for more than 300 incoming students, ensuring sessions ran smoothly.
Additionally, through my Girl Scouts Gold Award project, I managed an awareness campaign video from idea to execution. This required me to consider audience engagement and message delivery.
In my current role as a Graduate Assistant for SPARKS, an onboarding program for first-year business students, I analyze program materials and student feedback to evaluate program effectiveness. I utilize this data to promote consistent growth for future cohorts.

How would you build a brand that resonates with neurodiverse communities?
Building a brand that resonates with neurodiverse communities starts with listening to and elevating their stories. I applied this approach in my Girl Scout Gold Award project, where I created a video highlighting Girl Scouts experiencing homelessness to address the stigma surrounding it. This experience showed me how important storytelling is in challenging stereotypes about underrepresented communities. I would apply the same approach here to ensure the neurodiverse community is involved in shaping both the brand and its message to promote inclusivity.
