If you had to convince your friends to join H\FC how would you pitch it to them?
I joined H\FC looking for a part-time remote gig during the school year and ended up working with Linktree as a business development intern for five months. I learned so much about marketing and the social media space through my real-world projects, which took my learning far beyond the classroom. With H\FC, you can explore different careers, build experience, get paid, and actually figure out what you like to do without a long-term commitment. This platform is tailor-made to help Gen Z level up as professionals!

If you had one piece of Feedback for H\FC what would it be (be specific)
My primary feedback for H\FC would be to lean further into short-form student-led content that showcases real transformation stories, and distribute it across TikTok and Reels. Gen Z responds best to authentic, peer-driven content as this establishes trust and credibility with a brand. Therefore, creating a series called "From Confused to Career" featuring brief 30-60 second clips of students sharing how HFC helped them boost their resumes and confidence through their gigs would build trust, boost reach, and drive growth of the platform with the target user base.

Can you provide an example of a successful brand partnership you've previously negotiated?
One successful partnership I helped drive was onboarding a fashion creator who had previously only sold products through Instagram Stories and manual DMs. I identified that her audience was highly engaged but lacked a streamlined shopping experience. I pitched Linktree Shops as a way to centralize her product links, improve conversions, and track engagement through analytics. I tailored the pitch to her brand’s emphasis on authenticity and ease of use, highlighting how Linktree would simplify her workflow without compromising her personal style. It was a great example of aligning platform value with creator goals to create a successful partnership.
