What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
I am the introvert and a strategist for the most part. I carefully listen to all the ideas being thrown around and come up with solutions to problems. However, the moment the group gets off task or can't make a decision I become the leader and bring my plans, designate roles, and make sure things are done in a efficient and polished manner.
