What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?
I'd love to see some clothing brands popular amongst college campuses such as Revolve, Princess Polly, Outcast, Motel Rocks ect. Although they have partnerships/college programs with induvidual students, it would be cool to do something similar to what I'm doing right now with Kosas and do something with greek life so there is overall more content created.

First I'd approach this situation with kindness and compassion while staying clam. Then, I'd actively listen to the customer’s concerns, and acknowledge their frustration. Finally, I'd offer clear solutions or next steps to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
