Describe your experience coordinating remote teams.
The main concern in remote teams is the difference in regions and time, all the team members are spread out across the world. To ensure smooth work flow I would delegate tasks to be completed by each member and they can do it at their own pace. However, I would hold at least one meeting per day to oversee the progress.

How do you prioritize tasks during busy periods?
I go with tasks that have to be completed at the earliest first and then the ones that have some time. The best way to tackle all the tasks during busy times is delegating them efficiently among the team members based on what the task needs and what the respective team member can handle, so that the task can be completed without constant supervision.
