Journaling plays a significant role in my life. Most mornings and evenings I try to journal so that I can unload my hopes and thoughts about the day, which often helps to relieve any anxiety I have. It’s also a great form of therapy because it is often hard to explain your thoughts and feelings to someone, and writing them down does the trick.

Funnily enough my favorite brand right now is Parade. They provide quality products and I don’t feel like I’m breaking my budget. I’m someone who has dealt with insecurities my entire life, specially about my body and this is a brand that has helped heal that with their messaging.
