How do you approach engaging with customers in a wellness product demonstration setting?

From my experience demoing BuckedUp supplements and Afterdream, I've learned that people respond better to conversations than pitches, so I focus on educating rather than selling. I tailor my language: some customers want the science behind hormone support, others just want to know "will this help me feel less tired?"—I read the room and adjust. I keep it low-pressure, offer samples enthusiastically, and make it easy for hesitant shoppers to try without commitment.
