How do you stay organized?
I stay organized by using the Reminders app with a large widget on both my phone and computer, so my tasks are always visible. I’m intentional about keeping it organized in a clean, aesthetic way because it helps me stay engaged and actually follow through on what I need to do. I also use Apple Calendar and keep it color-coded so I can clearly see blocks of busy time versus free time, which helps me plan realistically and stay on track.

How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?
In a fast-paced environment, I stay on top of deliverables by using a task tracker or campaign vision sheet that clearly outlines timelines, ownership, and the end goal for each project. This helps me manage multiple creators at once, track progress, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. I also break deliverables into smaller checkpoints so I can proactively follow up and adjust as needed.
To ensure everything stays on-brand, I start by reviewing past campaigns and brand guidelines to understand what has worked and what the client expects. I’m very communicative and act as a consistent point of contact for ambassadors and creators, making sure expectations are clear from the start and reinforcing brand tone throughout the process. If there’s ever ambiguity, I’m comfortable reaching out to team members or leadership for alignment before moving forward, which helps ensure each deliverable reflects the brand’s vision while still feeling authentic
