What does authenticity mean to you?
Authenticity lies in the consumer-brand relationship. It is of utmost importance to be constantly engaged in direct communication with the consumer. This gives the brand personality and enables each consumer to feel that they have a relationship with a human who has their best interest rather than just a brand curated for the masses. This also works to build brand loyalty. In this way, a strong relationship with the consumer shows the brand's authenticity.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
FOMO and social proof would be best created through our consumers themselves. With social media marketing initiatives that encourage consumers to post their love and use for the product, they would create a reliable source for consumers in still in the need recognition and information search stages of their decision making.
