One thing I would do to make creator outreach more efficient is to create a streamlined database or CRM with key details, like niche, audience size, engagement rate, and past collaborations. That way, outreach can be personalized but also faster, since all the information is organized in one place. It cuts down on repetitive searching and ensures we’re targeting the right creators with the right message.
