Interview Questions
Daisy Pay
Campaign Support Specialist

Do you have experience with campaign reporting?
Yes. The process in which I use to handle things for campaign reporting include scoping and setup, defining goals including primary KPIs, secondary diagnostics, and reporting period. Next, with these data, I build a tracking plan including UTM schema, naming conventions, channel taxonomy, data collection and QA. I pull from platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc. to gauge the number of impressions/reach made through saves, shares, and comment behavior. Finally, I organize audience attracted by factors such as geographical location, gender identity, and model a consumer profile including insights such as thumb‑stop and hook rate, first 3‑second retention, etc. With recommendations provided with expected impact and next steps, I can outline a report and the exact data to track, plus how to structure the weekly update.

How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
I would start by identifying what Gen Z really wants from H\FC - things like career tips, job leads, relatable stories. Create daily, high-value posts and discussion threads. Invite early users to share their own experiences and questions. Partner with college clubs and influencers to spread the word. Run fun AMAs, contests, and polls to keep things lively. Respond fast to every comment to make everyone feel heard. Reward active members with shoutouts or perks. Lastly, keep iterating and improving this model based on user feedback.
