How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
For me I see work as something to further my life and passions and want a career that supports my life outside of it. I want a stable career that can be used to live a sustainable and balanced lifestyle that allows be to take time for my self. That is why I think hybrid jobs are the future it allows you the freedom and flexibility that you don't get with a typical 9-5 office setting but also allows for networking opportunities that a remote does not.
