What role does journaling play in your life?
I regularly journal is a variety of ways. I have a daily journal that is riddled with messy to do lists, day plans, reminders, and brainstorms that keeps me sane and organized. I also have a journal that I try to use a few times a month where I express my feelings and what is happening in my life. The final journal I use is for more creative exercises to let my imagination flow and understand myself better.
