Instead of waiting for direction, I independently used digital tools like TikTok analytics and CapCut to review our previous videos and identify patterns in watch time, hooks, and audience retention.From the analytics, I realized that the videos performing best had a faster hook in the first two seconds and focused more on athletic performance rather than gaming content. Using that insight, I edited upcoming videos with quicker cuts, stronger hook text on screen, and content that highlighted athletic training and personality moments.
